What should I bring with me?
  • Swimwear

  • 2 x towels (one to sit on and one for drying off)

  • Flip-flops/sliders/sea-shoes

  • Warm clothing for after your sauna

  • A padlock (for the lockers)

What facilities are available?

There are outdoor showers for rinsing off between sauna rounds and a plunge pool next to the sauna to cool down in. ​

We have covered changing facilities that include toilet, warm showers, lockers and even a hairdryer.!

Next to the Lagoon Watersports,

Can I park nearby?

There is on-street parking nearby and a car park near Crossfit gym .   Bike racks are located next to the big beach cafe.

Are children allowed in the sauna?

Unfortunately not, our insurance provider will not allow anyone under 16 years of age to sauna, sorry.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings cancelled within 48 hrs of your session will be charged in full.  You may reschedule or receive a full refund up to 48 hrs before the session (this could take 5-10 days to be issued).

⁠How many people does the sauna seat?

The sauna seats a maximum of 9 people.
•⁠ ⁠You cannot swap people in and out.

Can I add on treatments to my booking?

Yes, you can add on any treatments. Just ask the team and pay when you are there.

I am pregnant, can I sauna?

We advise you to speak with a medical professional as every pregnancy is unique.

Why can’t I book out a certain time or date?

We are closed (see opening hours)
•⁠ ⁠The calendar is not yet open. Generally, the calendar opens up 30 days in advance.
•⁠ ⁠Less than an hour. The system prevents bookings less than an hour. If there was space come down and pay on arrival.

How do I reschedule my booking?

If you are outside of 48 hours, you can reschedule your appointment. Please do so using the button at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you have booked more than one session, you must reschedule each individual session to your new desired times.

Can I bring my own products to use in the sauna?

No, please do not bring any body products or your own oil.

Do you offer NHS/Blue Light discount?

Yes, please contact us from a registered email to find out about it.

Do loyalty cards expire?

No, they will continue to be valid for as long as we are here. Please note that operational hours may fluctuate throughout the season, mainly between summer and winter.

Do you have a waitlist?

No, however, for events, please drop us an email at saunadelic@gmail.com, and we will let you know if a space becomes available.

Where can I store my belongings?

We have access to shared changing rooms. Please bring a padlock if you wish to secure any particular items. Staff cannot and will not accept any personal items.

Do you provide towels or flip-flops/beach shoes?

No, you must bring your own.

⁠Is water provided?

Yes, we provide safe, clean drinking water.

Are your showers warm?

Cold then warm – please be patient.

⁠Lost property?

As this is a shared space, lost property will be left in the changing room for one week before being removed and donated to charity. We do not store anything past this period.

Do you do memberships?

No, as a fluctuating small business, we do not have the capacity to offer consistent memberships. Possibly that will be reviewed in the future.
